A 20-year-old speech-impaired girl was raped allegedly by 4 minors, the youngest of them reportedly aged 11, in Madhya Pradesh, police mentioned on Tuesday.

The accused had been detained on Monday and a case has been registered towards them, superintendent of police Sachin Sharma mentioned.

वीडियो शेयरिंग एप टिकटॉक मंगलवार को देश में बंद हो गया. इसे देश में गूगल प्ले स्टोर और एपल एप स्टोर से भी हटा दिया गया है. सरकार ने सोमवार को टिकटॉक सहित 59 चीनी एप पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया. टिकटॉक के अलावा अन्य प्रतिबंधित एप की मौजूदा स्थिति के बारे में तत्काल कोई जानकारी नहीं उपलब्ध हो सकी है.कुछ उपयोक्ताओं के मुताबिक मंगलवार को कुछ समय तक वे टिकटॉक का उपयोग करने में सक्षम थे. देश में टिकटॉक के करीब 20 करोड़ उपयोक्ता थे.

नीति शोध समूह गेटवे हाउस के निदेशक ब्लेज फर्नाडीज का कहना है कि देश में चार प्रमुख तरह के चीनी एप काम कर रही हैं. ये एप आर्थिक गतिविधियों, सेवा, सौंदर्य और रणनीतिक क्षेत्रों से जुड़़े हैं.उन्होंने कहा कि ‘डिजिटल इंडिया’ पर विश्व की नजर है. बायदू, अलीबाबा और टैंसेंट चीन के ‘डिजिटल रेशम मार्ग’ का हिस्सा हैं. भारत में इन 59 एप पर प्रतिबंध से इनके बाजार मूल्यांकन और इनके प्रवर्तकों पर प्रतिकूल असर पड़ेगा.उन्होंने कहा कि टिकटॉक का आरंभिक सार्वजनिक निर्गम (आईपीओ) आना भी प्रस्तावित है. कंपनी के 30 प्रतिशत सक्रिय उपयोक्ता भारत से आते हैं, ऐसे में कंपनी के बाजार मूल्यांकन पर विपरीत असर पड़ेगा.

भारत में टिक टॉक के प्रमुख निखिल गांधी ने एक बयान में कहा, ‘‘भारत सरकार ने टिक टॉक सहित 59 एप को बंद करने का अंतरिम आदेश जारी किया है. हम इस आदेश का पालन कर रहे हैं. हमें संबंधित सरकारी पक्षों के समक्ष अपनी प्रतिक्रिया और स्पष्टीकरण देने के लिये आमंत्रित किया गया.”वहीं बाइट डासं समूह की अन्य एप हेलो ने कहा कि वह स्पष्टीकरण देने के लिए सभी हितधारकों के साथ मिलकर काम कर रही है. उसने जोर देकर कहा कि वह देश के सभी नियमों का कड़ाई से पालन करती है.

इस बीच भारत में विकसित टिकटॉक जैसी ही एप रोपोसो ने कहा कि प्रतिबंध के बाद कई टिकटॉक उपयोक्ता उसके मंच पर आए हैं. इसमें वह लोग भी हैं जो टिकटॉक पर काफी प्रभावशाली रहे हैं. कंपनी का दावा है कि उसके उपयोक्ताओं की संख्या 6.5 करोड़ से अधिक है.मंगलवार को छोटे व्यापारियों के संगठन कैट ने भी वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री रवि शंकर प्रसाद और वाणिज्य मंत्री पीयूष गोयल को पत्र लिखकर विभिन्न भारतीय स्टार्टअप कंपनियों में चीन के निवेश की जांच कराने के लिए कहा.
